BAHAN:
100 gram Beras (Basmati rise)
100 gram Sayur-sayuran (Wortel, kembang kol)
20 gram Tomat
20 gram Minyak goreng
BUMBU:
5 gram Cabai merah bubuk
5 gram Cabai merah kering
Garam secukupnya
CARA MEMBUAT VEGETABLE BIRYANI (Bombay):
1. Campurkan sayuran dan nasi.
2. Kemudian dimasak dengan bumbu dan minyak.
3. Angkat setelah matang.
4. Siap disajikan.
